Lead Almira's off-plan and developer-partnership division — structuring exclusive marketing agreements, coordinating project launches, and managing relationships with Abu Dhabi's top-tier developers.
Originate and negotiate exclusive or co-exclusive marketing mandates with primary developers across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Structure and lead project launch campaigns in partnership with the marketing team — from positioning workshop through reservation day.
Build and maintain senior relationships at Aldar, Imkan, Mubadala Real Estate, and comparable developer principals.
Manage a small development advisory team, setting targets, reviewing pipeline, and coaching on developer negotiation.
Report directly to the CEO on mandate pipeline, revenue forecast, and market intelligence relevant to the off-plan segment.
Minimum eight years of UAE real-estate experience with at least four years in off-plan sales or developer relations at a senior level.
Proven track record of structured mandates and successful project launches, with measurable absorption results.
Strong existing relationships with Abu Dhabi developer principals and project teams.
Commercial acumen sufficient to negotiate revenue-share structures, exclusivity windows, and co-marketing budgets.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field; MBA or RICS qualification is an advantage.
Base salary commensurate with experience, plus a structured bonus tied to mandate revenue milestones.
Direct strategic influence over Almira's most commercially significant division.
