Dubai, 1 April 2026 — Almira Real Estate has inaugurated a full-service sales centre at DIFC Gate Village 4, Level 7 — marking the firm's first permanent presence in Dubai and reflecting the depth of demand Almira has seen from the international investor community concentrated in the district.
The Dubai centre will operate as a full advisory office, covering primary market transactions across Dubai's prime neighbourhoods, off-plan introductions, and cross-emirate portfolio strategies for clients holding or considering assets in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The DIFC location was selected for its intersection of private wealth, institutional finance, and legal and advisory services — the community from which a significant proportion of Almira's Dubai-based enquiries originate.
Ahmad Abuisnaineh, Chief Executive Officer, commented: 'Dubai was always part of the plan — but the plan was to open the right kind of office at the right time. DIFC gives us the address, the adjacency, and the international standing that the work requires. We are not a large-format showroom. We are a small room with a serious conversation.'
